La Gratella — Restaurant in Municipality of Chalandri

VERY UNFRIENDLY AND NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE I went there for the first time last Friday, October 28th without a reservation. When I had try to call, that was before 5.00 pm, there was no reply. We were a couple and we were told that we could sit for less than an hour since everything was reserved after. We agreed to sit. When I was ordering and when I asked for a salad and a Pizza Bianca (no tomato sauce), I was told that pizza with no tomato sauce wasn't a choice. As their chef stated it is impossible to make pizza with no tomato sauce or fresh cream instead! I told them that I had lived in Italy, where I go often and I often have pizza bianca (no tomato sauce), and they replied that it wouldn't...

Amazing restaurant!! Starting with the staff, very smiley people working there. All of them are very polite, helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is really nice and the decoration is amazing. The menu has many different options to choose from. We tried many different plates and all of them were tasty and fresh. We also tried some desserts (i would recommend to try the cheesecake). Prices are low for the service and the food quality you get. Definitely going back again...

It's a MUST! Absolutely great place for lunch or dinner. Fine Italian cuisine. I had one of the greatest food experience until now. One visit is not enough since you have to try every line in the menu. Staff is very helpful and polite. Always serving with a smile. Prices are reasonable for the level of services and food quality.
