NEMO Beach Bar — Restaurant in Municipality of Chersonissos

Myself and my husband visited stalis a week or so ago and loved all of the beach bars there,however,Nemos bar has the top spot for us,and we cane back daily for food and drinks to enjoy the beautiful view and the cleanliness. The staff are a total credit to the bar,both daytime and night,with happy friendly faces keen to help the customers,and to have a little welcome chit chat. Hope I have got all of their names correct and sorry if I missed anyone out as everyone was so lovely!! So it's a big thank you(until next time) to.....Maria,Dimitri,George(who most of the young females were ogling!🤗) Stavros,and the lovely young lady who was on at evening time who is deciding whether to go to Athens or stay in Crete after finishing her studies(she told us she was called Rosa) Last but not least a special thanks to Anita,who is the jewel in the crown at Nemos,and appeared to be a "mother figure" to the younger ones. She had a great sense of humour and was so welcoming.....which means a lot when you are missing home just a little bit. Brilliant bar. See you...

An all round good day out spent here. Some sunbeds had a mattress type base, others are what I’d call a standard lounger. The beach was very clean and each set of loungers had a mini bin for rubbish. The service and food were really good despite being quite busy. The facilities were clean and there is somewhere to get changed if required. After spending a week in Crete this was the nicest, friendliest place I could find. The staff are very friendly, all speak English very very well and pour well, which is perhaps most important.

The owner seems to spend a little bit of time there, treated me to a few rachi drinks and was a very nice gentleman. If you just want to set at a bar relax and not feel pressured into anything whatsoever and have a nice drink this would be the ideal place if you're in this area. Highly...
