Taverna Gemelos — Restaurant in Municipality of Corinth

I‘m actually really saddened about the experience we had today (May 28th). They charged 8€ for two portions of bread and service which confused us because it‘s not something we‘ve experienced in Greece before. The waiter only gave us the bill after we asked him (the bill is handwritten by the way). If the service was already included you could‘ve told us and we wouldn‘t have tipped over 10%. We‘ve been here lots of times as a family of 10 but we won‘t visit again.

Edit after the restaurants answer: We were 6 adults, one 14 year old teenager, 2 kids under the age of 4 and one 3 month old baby. You are not generous for ‚only’ charging us 8€ in total for bread. I‘ve read your replies to other costumers who weren‘t satisfied with their experience and honestly your replies are extremely unprofessional. Everything about the restaurant is great. Super nice waiter, quick food delivery to the table, and the food was very fresh and nicely cooked. We sat on the roof terrace, and it had the nicest view over the Apollo Temple area. Only bad thing was that there is a church right beside, and during our evening at the restaurant there was a mass in the church over 1+ hour and it was broadcasted outside through speakers 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫 Sad because it did affect the atmosphere a bit. This is the best food I have ever eaten in Greece. The view overlooks Ancient Corinth, so beautiful at dusk! and the sevice was wonderful. Stuffed grapes leaves are so good, I could eat the whole plate myself! The mousakka was the best mousakka I ever ate. So good we are thinking of eating there two nights in a row, even though we know we should try someplace else! And we drive there! Not sure why this place doesn't have 5 stars. Not fancy, just...
