Alepis Grillhouse — Restaurant in Municipality of East Mani

In the paved part of the center of Areopolis, Alepis is a good place for a nice dinner with anything you would expect to find in a Greek tavern. We visited near closing time, so all we had was a portion of kontosouvli, grilled chicken leg and some feta cheese. The potatoes are freshly cut and fried, their bread comes grilled with oil and oregano and the overall experience in the paved walkway is quite nice... Beautiful food in a beautiful location. We've just had one of the most delicious dinners while in the Peloponneso region. We had the sausages, chicken skewers and lamb chops straight from the grill and everything was amazing. Especially the skewers and chops..To die for! Also the staff is very nice. Not intrusive (as many other tourist places) but attentive and professional. We really appreciated it. Highly recommended for those who love very good quality...

Αν υπήρχε η επιλογή να μην βάλω κανένα αστεράκι θα το έκανα. Φάγαμε στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα στις 20/08/2019. Παραγγείλαμε μια μερίδα λουκάνικο το οποίο ήταν καμένο, κυριολεκτικά, μαύρο και σκληρό που δεν κοβόταν, μια μερίδα σύγκλινο στο οποίο είχαν προσθέσει πορτοκάλι και δεν μας άρεσε καθόλου, χόρτα τα οποία δεν ήταν καλά πλυμένα κι ένιωθες το χώμα καθώς μασούσες, η τυροκαυτερή ήταν ΤΥΡΟΣΑΛΑΤΑ. Οι πατάτες, μπριζόλα χοιρινή και κρασί ήταν καλά. Δυστυχώς από αυτό το "ωραίο" μενού τρέχαμε όλο το βράδυ στην τουαλέτα και αναγκαστήκαμε να φύγουμε νωρίτερα από τις διακοπές μας...
