With a cold welcome we were seated… the waitress was short in her responses and not at all helpful when we asked if we had ordered enough for 4 people.

We ordered the grilled fish and grilled calamari… both were not cooked well. The taramosalata was tasteless. The fries were good but served cold… we paid 8euro for a plate of toasted bread! The only real value for money was the wine at 7euro for 0,5L!

I am generally shocked by the increase in price and drop in quality for visitors in Greece since 2023… perhaps we will find better in Limeni…

Thank goodness the sunset will always be free 😉

For a family of four to pay 80euro for a terrible dinner…. We honestly feel like our hard earned savings have been stolen from us… by pirates! 😜🏴‍☠️

We were staying in a hotel nearby during low season. So there was not so many customers in the tavern. However, the lady who was serving us seemed not really friendly and did not even give us a single smile. The fish was ok but I have tried much better in Greece. The octopus was practically not edible, even that we were hungry, we could not finish it (stiff and rough taste). Both fish and octopus went with nothing on side so we had to order some potatoes and peppers. Prices way too high, octopus for 13 Euro is a bit crazy. No compliment on the house after the meal (not that we suffered without it but it just was against the local custom). No goodbyes from the staff, they did not even notice we were leaving. We arrived for early dinner around 19:30 and the restaurant was not busy! I selected a couple of Red Snappers for frying and a large grouper for the charcoal grill as well as fresh calamari for frying. The “fresh” calamari arrived a dark shade of brown which means they do not change the oil very often! It was also chewy which is a big sign it was frozen! The Grouper was well cooked and tasty!
