Aristofanis — Restaurant in Municipality of Elliniko - Argyroupoli

Used to be cheap, used to be customer oriented and clean. The food was ok last time, but all the menus were sticky as if though they prepare them too on a table full of ketchup and never clean them. I give 1 extra star due to a really polite and smiling waitress. The owner should really start descending from the clouds of older success, improve things and start copying his waitress. (I hope I find reasons next time to improve my rating). January 20th 2018 update: New menus, clean and just in greek, but still a huge upgrade. Food ok as usual. Experimenting more wouldn't be bad though. That smiling waitress is still there. Give her a raise and the rest of the waiters follow her example! Or read a book about professional body language. I would give 4. 5 stars since prices weren't sky high this time. But will leave it at 4 because improvement can be made and decimal rating isn't...

I am frequent customer at this restaurant. I ordered the pork skewer plate. To my dismay the meat was raw. I showed it to the waiter, he took it back to the kitchen and when he returned without the rest of my meal, his comment was "I am very sorry and the total is 19.90€. The full amount of the bill. I don't mind paying but at least acknowledge in a more detailed or apologetic manner since I could not finish my meal. Also, we ordered a μελιτζάνες dish that we like to eat with a pita. The dish came but a simple grilled pita was nowhere to be found. I had to ask twice to get a pita. I am sorry but I feel that the kitchen or management handled my complaint very poorly They brushed me off. I don't think I will return. What a shame. Customer service is important. I hope speaking English wasn't the reason for...

Δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω τα σχόλια κάποιων εδώ μέσα, πραγματικά!

Είμαι πελάτης τους χρόνια, τα πιάτα του τα έχουν δοκιμάσει δεκάδες φίλοι και καλεσμένοι μου στο σπίτι. Ποτέ δεν άκουσα αρνητικό σχόλιο, το αντίθετο μάλιστα. Είτε πέσατε στην μια χίλιες είτε είστε ιδιότροποι:-)

Εξαιρετικό είναι σχεδόν όλο το μενού του, τα καλαμάκια του γευστικότατα, τα τυλιχτά το ίδιο, πλούσια, το κεμπάπ απο τα κορυφαία, το ίδιο η σκεπαστή, το κοτοπουλο καθώς και οι σαλάτες του. Οι δε μερίδες του χορταστικότατες. Οι πατάτες του μπορούν να είναι και καλύτερες αλλά τις τρως ευχάριστα.

Για να τα λέμε όλα όμως, η αλήθεια είναι ότι σχεδον μόνιμα έχουν ένα θέμα με την εξυπηρέτηση. Μου έχει τύχει πολλές φορές να πάω εκεί να φάω, να έχουν 2-3 τραπέζια μόνο αλλά να κάνουν 15 και 20 λεπτά να φέρουν το φαγητό. Αργό 7 στις 10 φορές είναι και το ντελίβερι, ακόμα και σε ώρες που θεωρητικά είναι "νεκρές". Κι αυτό είναι κάτι που δεν το έχουν βελτιώσει εδώ και χρόνια δυστυχώς. Επειδή το ξέρω φροντίζω να παραγγέλνω πριν...πεινάσω αλλά δεν είναι κανείς υποχρεωμένος να το γνωρίζει πριν παραγγείλει. Αυτός είναι και ο λόγος που δεν του βάζω 5 αστέρια αλλά 4...

Κατα τα άλλα, το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα. Απο τα καλυτερα μαγαζία, αν όχι το καλύτερο, της...
