Placing is very nice with a good view of the beach. They have different types of seating, some of them very relaxed and comfortable. So you can choose your preference, which I really liked.

I initially wanted to order goat in tomato sauce (from the menu) but got told they didn’t have it. I then picked beef stew (same as my boyfriend) but got told only one of us could have it (which was strange). I asked if I could switch out fries for salad, but I couldn’t. I then ended up with burgers with grilled vegetables and more grilled vegetables as a side dish. We got served our food after only 12min. So that was great. Wir waren vor 5 Jahren schon mal dort. Leider hat in der Zwischenzeit der Betreiber gewechselt und das familiäre Ambiente und der Service ist nicht mehr das Gleiche.

Unser Essen war diesmal alles andere als gut. Es gab zu fast jedem Gericht nur Pommes aus der Großraumtüte, das Gyros war sehr trocken, die Garnitur bestand aus 3 Scheiben Tomate, ein kleines Schälchen Zaziki, was eher ein Witz war. Dazu kam das Gyros bereits lauwarm an den Tisch. Das bestellte Knoblauchbrot war ebenfalls eine herbe Enttäuschung. Wenig Knoblauchbutter, total trocken und hart. Ohne das extra bestellte Zaziki wäre das Brot wie auch das Gyros nicht genießbar gewesen.

Was auch sehr enttäuschend war, dass die bestellten Mahlzeiten alle zur gleichen Zeit kommen sollten und man am Ende knapp 10min vom ersten bis zum letzen servierten Gericht warten durfte. Dass so etwas funktioniert, hat der Nachbartisch gezeigt. Da wurde komplett für 4 Personen serviert und keiner musste warten. An unseren Tisch für 2 ging's leider schief. 🤷

Was auch ein absolutes NoGo ist, dass die Bedienung, während die Gäste dort essen, einfach eine Zigarette durchzieht und danach ohne sich mal die Hände zu waschen einfach weiter die Gäste bedient und aus dem Hals riecht wie ein Aschenbecher.

Für uns wars total enttäuschend, wenn man das Lokal von früher her kennt. Den ganzen Hype an Bewertungen war so für uns jedenfalls nicht...
