Very nice food. I do hope they will bring in an English menu, for this should be tasted by all! Update: the menu is there!
Update, update. Sometimes it's not good to go back to places one liked. The management of this restaurant decided to change the menu in such a way, that we found it in no way interesting anymore. It took us trouble to chose something, and the chicken with mashed artichokes my friend ordered was uninteresting. I had expected an Angus steak but they were burgers, just with very roughly mashed potatoes. Both dishes looked uninteresting, without anything added for color (or vitamines). The taste was nothing special at all. And the dessert was a shame. Tiramisue, separated into elements on a plate, but with a chocolate sauce where one would expect mascarpone. Again, very bleak to look at. What happened in this restaurant, to that nice food, a sort of fusion of Greek and I guess European? I took my friends there and we enjoyed it. I was going to take my culinary expert friend there. The management added 'New' to the name but did not add quality. And the staff didn't want to listen to our disappointment, in such an extend that they gave us the half meals we left in a doggybag we had already refused. Language problems? No, a busy restaurant that was packed in the weekends, that wanted something 'new' and spoiled it. With the highest bill for weeks too, by the way. So those five stars? Two? That's how...

The dips and salads are outstanding, particularly the smoked eggplant dip (melitzanosalata) and the split pea puree (fava). The fresh fish grilled is sublime, while the roast veal shank is melt in the mouth luscious and accompanied by amazing roast veggies. The desserts are good, just not at the level of their mains. Do avail yourself of the lukumi or Turkish delight they offer as you leave, it is better than usual. The wine list is solid and the house...
Read moreI agree with other recent reviews: previously the menu had more character, and the food higher quality. The overall setting remains good: an upscale eatery with a glass-enclosed garden where no smoking is allowed. The food has a few strong appetizer choices, and tasty salads. We liked the mushrooms and the fried pork meatballs. Beyond that, there’s mostly grilled meat, and everything we ordered was over cooked. The grilled liver was dry, as was the pork loin. And please avoid...
