Butcher's Burger & Steak House Glyfada — Restaurant in Municipality of Glyfada

This is a hamburger connoisseurs' paradise; the ingredients are of the highest quality and served exactly as they should be! Burgers are cooked medium well, and the buns are lightly toasted and are the freshest. I chose the Brioche however, they also offer a home-made bread-bun; I will try it next time. I ordered the medium combo, which included the burger, a very generous portion of fries that were crispy-hot and very tasty. They offer small/medium/large portions of sandwiches and combos, as well as a 4 pound version of a family-sized burger! Yes, that would be 16x quarterpounders! They offered a number of sauces on the side, typically meant for the burger, however I dipped my french fries in mine. It was the house special and it was delicious and slightly spicy. Burgers great as usual. The waiter in the end asked us if everything was OK. I kindly told him that the burgers were less cooked than the degree we ordered, but we did enjoy them and we had no prob at all. He insisted that the burgers were grilled exactly as we ordered them (but he never saw them 😂🤣) and started to explain the grilling times in a patronising manner and how much he trusts the guy who grills.

Ένα μαγαζί που δεν θα πρότεινα δυστυχώς σε φίλους μου. Αν δεν ήταν η εξυπηρέτηση και η ατμόσφαιρα του μαγαζιού, θα έβαζα ένα αστέρι. Οι φωτογραφίες μιλάνε από μόνες τους. Τα mozzarella sticks ήταν σαν από σούπερ μάρκετ, με σως σε πλαστικό κουτάκι. Η σαλάτα κινόα, ήταν πρακτικά σαλάτα ρόκα με λίγο κινόα, μέτρια. Η καλύτερη (θεωρητικά) πρόταση τους σε κρέας ήταν το T-bone (26 ευρώ) που μάλιστα υποστηρίζουν πως είναι και ωρίμανσης 40 ημερών. Από τη φωτογραφία πιστεύω φαίνεται πως ωρίμανσης σίγουρα δεν ήταν. Το ψήσιμο που ζήτησα (medium rare) ήταν well done. Από συνοδευτικά δεν είχαν jacked potatoes, αν και αρχικά μας είπαν πως είχαν. Ομοίως την σαλάτα Caprice που ζητήσαμε, αν μας είπαν πως υπάρχει στο μενού, τελικά δεν είχαν. Ένα burger που πήρε η γυναίκα μου ήταν απλά μέτριο. Όχι κάτι το αξιοσημείωτο.

Όταν ζητήσαμε αν επιτρέπεται να φέρουμε ένα γλυκό από το απέναντι μαγαζί να το φάμε στο τραπέζι μας, μας είπαν αρχικά πως επιτρέπεται. Όταν όμως γύρισα από το γλυκοπωλείο απέναντι μας ενημέρωσαν πως δεν μπορούμε να το καταναλώσουμε μέσα στο μαγαζί. Η επίσκεψη στο μαγαζί έγινε 3 Νοεμβρίου για μεσημεριανό. 2 άτομα...
