If you ever visit Irapetra, then I really recommend eating at this amazing restaurant. As soon as you are seated there is a beautiful view of the sea and beach right in front of you. The waiters are very nice and hospitable and so is the owner of the restaurant & the service is rather efficient. The culinary journey starts with amish bush appetizer which was delightful. In case you don’t have allergies for gluten I do suggest ordering bread as it will be served with every Greek memory of the childhood, it is juice of the Greek salad. It tastes absolutely divine. The food is very delicious especially the fish and the seafood pasta selection although if you have allergies to shellfish do not worry as there is still a variety of meat dishes to choose from the menu. They sound amazing, wild rooster and wagyu beef. The only thing that I do not like as a vegetarian is that some of their salad dishes contain meat. I have ordered one with pollen and honey and hearts of lettuce and cheese. I have asked to not add beef, it was not a problem. I do suggest making a reservation ahead of time just to be safe especially during summer time when it gets really busy that way you won’t have to wait too long to be seated. After many, many years of experience dining at Pelagos I have to admit I am very impressed with the new chef and renovations. So please do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a good meal at Pelagos I promise you it is an amazing place to eat. Until then I hope you will have an amazing...

The atmosphere is relaxing and the restaurant is neat. The chairs are not particularly comfy. There is a good choice of dishes and they are well presented. IMO the food is worth no more than 4* because a number of our dishes lacked in flavour (especially the meat).

We were disappointed by the service though. Probably because of the late dinner (21:45 start) we were served by 3 different people and they didn't seem happy to be there. Once I mentioned to one of them that my son's meat was cold he "explained" to me that it was to he expected since he ordered it medium-rear. Around 11pm there was only one waiter serving 10 tables and after waiting 15 minutes for the dessert menu, he told us what the dessert of the day was and we initially ordered 2 of it. Given he was waiter number 3, I don't believe the information that my other son is allergic to hazelnut was passed on to him. We were lucky to check one more time, avoided a potential big problem, asked for the bill and left.

We probably experienced an off evening and I believe this restaurant and its staff do on average much better...

I recently celebrated my birthday at the Pelagos Seaside Restaurant, and it was an unforgettable evening! From the moment we arrived, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect, adding special touches so that everyone felt comfortable.

We were able to discuss all the details of the evening with the team beforehand, and everything was executed flawlessly. Alexis and his brother were incredibly accommodating, making sure our experience was nothing short of exceptional.

The food was simply outstanding. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The recommended menu was a delightful culinary journey that impressed everyone at the table.
