Radar Athens — Restaurant in Municipality of Ilioupoli

I drive all the way from central Athens to get myself my shrimp tacos and my avocado salad, as I am not a keen alcohol drinker myself. The industrial ambiance is familiar to the scenes I am used to when traveling throughout Europe and the States, very relaxed vibe, cool people around, great beer and cocktail selection that my friends have tried and totally approved due to the professional expertise of the whole bar-barista service team behind “Radar”. Nikos, one of the founders and co-owners is extremely welcoming to his place that apparently he has created with lots of love and craftsmanship for what he does and very knowledgeable on the bar-food services department. Eclectic taste goes hand in hand with the eclectic music scene and the various well-known DJ sets they bring to their crowd. Keep on rocking...

Πρώτη και τελευταία φορά που επισκέπτομαι το κατάστημα. Πήγαμε Κυριακή βράδυ παρέα 5 ατόμων και παραγγείλαμε μεταξύ άλλων, 2 ποτήρια σαγκρια. Όταν ήρθε η ώρα της πληρωμής αντί για 7 ευρώ την μια που αναγραφόταν στον κατάλογο μας χρέωσαν 8 ευρώ και το είδαμε στο μήνυμα που μας ήρθε έπειτα από την πληρωμή στο κινητό. Όταν ρώτησα την σερβιτόρα για ποιο λόγο μας χρέωσε παραπάνω, μας είπε ότι αυξήθηκε η τιμή και σε επόμενη ερώτηση μου, "δεν θα έπρεπε η τιμή που μας χρεώνουν να είναι και στο κατάλογο;" μου απάντησε με ειρωνικό ύφος "όταν αλλάξουμε τον κατάλογο θα αλλάξουμε και την τιμή, προς το παρών αυτή είναι η χρέωση". Πέρα του ότι είναι παράνομο άλλα να γράφονται στον κατάλογο και άλλα να μας χρεώνουν, δεν μας ενημέρωσε ποτέ από πριν ότι υπάρχει κάποια αλλαγή στην τιμή. Και 2 λεπτά πριν να αυξήθηκε η τιμή είστε υποχρεωμένοι να το γράφετε στο μενού. Για να μην αναφέρω πως 8 ευρώ για σαγκρια χωρίς φρούτα και με ένα ποτήρι γεμάτο πάγο, ούτε στην Γλυφάδα δεν έχω πληρώσει αλλά βρέθηκα να το πληρώσω στην Ηλιούπολη, και χωρίς την συνοδεία κάποιου...
