Disappointing experience – not worth the money

We had dinner here on a quiet Saturday evening, drawn in by the peaceful atmosphere along the harbor. The gentleman who welcomed us was kind and arranged a small table for two in a more secluded area, which we appreciated. His service throughout the evening was polite and attentive — no complaints there.

Unfortunately, the food was a big letdown. My boyfriend ordered the marinated octopus in vinegar, but it tasted like it had come straight out of a three-year-old jar of pickles — completely overpowered by vinegar and far from fresh (see photo). I asked for grilled shrimp with potatoes and vegetables, but the vegetables never arrived. When we politely mentioned that the octopus was basically pure vinegar, the staff seemed annoyed rather than concerned.

Overall, we left disappointed and felt like we had wasted our money. I wouldn’t recommend this place — the setting may be nice, but the food quality just is...

Restaurant is located in front of the harbour, which makes it a nice spot. After many times in Greece, we were not so happy with the food quality, oktopus was a bit dry, the shrimps were not so Wow, but the meat grilled mix was very tasty. Price is ok, but service was a bit messy, not good english communication, forgot one dish, brought a wrong dish and at the end he didn’t bring the bill but directly the machine to pay, which doesn’t make it so professional, and in the end, when we got the bill, it was more expensive than the initial count. We had dinner there with friends and most of our food was not good at all. Either tasteless, either burned or full of salt. We were given the opportunity to order another dish but even the new one was still not good.. Prices are not cheap and most of the sea food does not come with any sides which makes it very expensive for very little food. When paying for the bill they tried to charge us more than prices on the menu. I would not recommend this restaurant.
