The chef Evagelina is very skilful, willing young lady which is ready to prepare also dishes out of menu considering what you desire. We spent 10 days in the appartment of her mum Anna (Maistrali Studios) which is very nice, accommodating and helpful person as well, and we enjoyed very tasty and varied breakfast each morning. Although the dinner was not included in our booking, we decided to stay in Anemoessa each night and try their delicious gastronomy. This is a wonderful little restaurant with food that is quite special. We had chick pea fritters that were really moist, not dry, and fresh sea bass - that had been caught by a relative - which was filleted and stuffed with lemon and matchstick vegetables. As good a seabass as I have ever eaten (and I've ate quite a few!). It's right by the beach and has its own sunbeds - which are far away the best in town. (And at the date of this review, free if you had lunch there). Oh, and the host speaks English and she is very friendly...

I hate to say it but it was probably the most disappointing dinner in Diafani although the most expensive. Tasteless seabass with green vegetables and traces of quinoa. Tasteless, not delicate!
