Beautiful and tranquil atmosphere with a well above average menu. I do have some reservations regarding non-japanese choices (as well as non-fish options), however the menu overall is very rich and versatile and will certainly provide many alternatives even to the most eccentric customers. The tempura noodles were a very pleasant surprise (sort of like Asian style crisps). Very original, well worth the taste.

The salmon (accompanied by a very tasty den miso sauce) was one of the best salmon dishes I’ve tried.
