The bottle of water they served us had a fly in it (yes... the insect) - I still can't understand how that happened but lets give them the benefit of the doubt and say it was due to the company that bottled the water (if it was really bottled).

A pregnant lady was at the table and we asked at least 3x times that her meat should be "extra well done" to avoid the possibility of disease, somehow this got forgotten and they brought it medium rare. The manager was quite arrogant and snooty. He explained to us that the meat can't be served any other way (go figure), it almost felt like we had to apologise to them for such a special request!

The prices are extremely high for very average food and bad service. Definitely not going there again even though its conveniently...

Ενδιαφέρουσες οι γεύσεις των πρώτων πιάτων και της σαλάτας μιας και τα κυριως πιάτα δεν προλάβαμε να τα δοκιμάσουμε διότι 4 στα 5 που ζητήσαμε είχαν τελειώσει!

Παρόλα αυτά μιας και ήμασταν παρέα δυο οικογένειες με παιδιά παραγγείλαμε ότι είχε απομείνει και κυριολεκτικά μας σέρβιραν αυτό... ότι είχε απομείνει! Κυρίως πιάτο, μοσχάρι ταλιάτα των 20€ plus, σερβιρίστηκε ως 6 λεπτοκομμένες και καμένες φλοίδες κρέατος, προκλητικά απλωμένες στη ξύλινη πιατέλα ώστε να καταλαμβάνουν όσο το δυνατόν περισσότερο χώρο και να θεωρηθούν «μερίδα»

Δυστυχώς η απογοήτευση δεν σταμάτησε εκεί, διότι μιας και δεν αποδεχτήκαμε το απαράδεκτο πιατο που μας σέρβιραν και εκφράσαμε παράπονο στον νεαρό «ειδήμωνα» πλην αγενέστατο σερβιτόρο, αυτός μας επιτέθηκε λεκτικά με φωνές που συγκέντρωσαν σχεδόν όλα τα βλέμματα και σχόλια των θαμώνων του καταστήματος, φέρνοντας σε δύσκολη θέση τόσο εμάς όσο και την ιδιοκτήτρια του καταστήματος που προσπάθησε να «σώσει» τη κατάσταση λίγες στιγμές αργότερα. Βεβαίως το καμένο και ποσοστικά απαράδεκτο πιάτο δεν χρεώθηκε στο λογαριασμό, το οποίο όμως δεν εξάλειψε τη πείνα μας μιας και φύγαμε σχεδόν νηστικοί από το κατάστημα.

Ενδεικτικά αναφέρω πως η ημέρα και ώρα άφιξης μας στο κατάστημα ήταν Κυριακή μεσημέρι στις 3:30. Η ενημέρωση ότι είχαν τελειώσει τα κεφτεδάκια, το ψητό κοτόπουλο, τα ντολμαδάκια, το γιουβέτσι και 2-3 ακόμα πιάτα της επιλογης μας έφτασε σε εμάς στις 4:00 ακριβώς όταν ήρθε ο σερβιτόρος να λάβει τη παραγγελία για τα κυρίως πιάτα.

Ναι, σαφώς θα μπορούσε να θεωρηθεί τυχαίο ή μεμονωμένο γεγονός αν περιοριζόταν μόνο στις ελλείψεις της κουζίνας, όμως η απαράδεκτη στάση και συμπεριφορά του σερβιτόρου προς τον πελάτη δεν συγχωρείται στις μέρες μας. Υπάρχουν πάρα πολλές επιλογές για καλό ποιοτικό φαγητό με...
