Aqua Loca Beach Bar Milos — Restaurant in Municipality of Milos

Food: We had a club sandwich. It was excellent. Honestly, the only thing that was worth its money from the whole experience was the food and drinks (we also had a cocktail).

Service: The waiters were very attentive and eager to help/take your order. However, my 1* rating is solely for the bad product I received, always in relativity to the price. 60€ for second row should at least include towels and a drink. If it was indeed a premium service, I would expect a button to ask for a waiter or at least a QR code in order to order online. The whole thing did not have a difference from any beach bar anywhere in Greece, except for the sunbeds. The bottle of water with a few ice cubes does not cut it, at least for me. I would come again and pay for the 100€ in front if it felt "unique", but it did not. The fact I had to pay on the counter was just the cherry on top. WiFi CC terminals are a standard nowdays.

Atmosphere: The beach is excellent (for a crowded one). The choice of furniture and sunbeds is nice, however I removed 2* because of very close distance between the sunbeds. This is part of the bad rating for the service as well.

Bonus, although I knew the prices before coming in, I think it would be way more honest to have a pricelist somewhere easily visible.

Bonus 2, I would expect something/someone to make parking easier as well.

All in all, there is potential, but it feels like this is an effort for easy money. I would not...

Io do due stelle perché il posto è veramente molto bello e la location merita 5 stelle… arredato con cura e ogni cosa è al suo posto. Accoglienza scarsa, cosa che nell’isola non ho mai trovato. Il personale sembra quasi svogliato e anche con il locale quasi vuoto a causa della bassa stagione, per un lettino alle 3:30 del pomeriggio ci hanno chiesto 30€… abbiamo optato per i pouf, belli, comodi e abbiamo ordinato cibo e vino spendendo anche parecchi soldi. A me dava solo fastidio pagare 30€ per il lettino quando erano tutti vuoti… è la seconda volta che vengo qui e anche ieri per due birre, tanta attesa, per pagare, nessuno ci dava retta ed ho portato i soldi al banco. Quando siamo andati in spiaggia il cameriere ci ha rincorso pensando che non avessimo pagato. Aqua Loca si ma il problema è la poca attenzione al cliente… potrebbero fare un grande numero di clienti e rendere felici tante persone.

I give two stars because the place is really beautiful and the location deserves 5 stars ... furnished with care and everything is in its place. Poor in welcoming people, which I have never found on the island. The staff seems almost listless and even with the place almost empty due to the low season, for a sunbed at 3:30 pm they asked us 30 € ... we opted for the poufs, beautiful, comfortable and we ordered food and wine also spending money a lot of money. It just bothered me to pay 30 € for the sunbed when they were all empty… it's the second time I've come here and yesterday for two beers, a long wait, to pay, no one listened to us and I took the money to the counter. When we went to the beach the waiter ran after us thinking we hadn't paid. Aqua Loca yes but the problem is the lack of attention to the customer ... they could make a large number of customers and make many...
