We have been loyal weekly customers for over 9 years and have tried 4 of these restaurants . Our last meal was before lockdown and today after more than 400 days at home . This was our favourite due to an outstanding staff member ELIAS , at all times he kept a watchful eye on everyone and everything . Unfortunately for us he is now is in the Porto Rafti restaurant . Hopefully we will visit that new restaurant soon . Everthing is exactly the same as it was so many years ago . Excellent food .... portions and prices . ‼️❌‼️❌‼️❌ They charged more then we ordered. We ordered 4 euro giro and they brought 12 euro “sharing size” which wasn’t sharing at all. After all they gave us receipts and charged us 51 euro instead of 29. They made us pay extra for 3 kebabs we havent ordered, two 1L water, 1 skewer grilled pork and a portion of fries . We came back and the guy said it was system error, which is beyond any conscience. Mom wanted to treat me for the first time after not seeing me for years and asked me to stay calm, but it was cruel and heart wrenching. Be careful, check the bill. The most amazing meal, our last day in Athens, handsome very helpful waiter, Son of the owner. We had the chicken shish and it was so tender and seasoned so beautifully. We also had the yoghurt with the herbs with a fresh pita bread an absolute must if you come here. It was in walking distance to our Airbnb and an absolute dream. If you want real Greek home cooking this is the place to go very accommodating as we got here at 6:30 and people here usually eat at 10. They give you a little treat at the end, which is so wonderful for free. This is leaving us with a beautiful taste of Greece at the end...
