Italian cuisine is one of my favorite of all, simple and delicious flavors, still the most difficult to cook it right - there's no middle way it's either good or bad. Now let me say, this place Lucky Luciano has exceeded my expectations in all aspects! Starting from your first step in, you really feel the authentic Italian vibes - the music, the smell of basil, boiling pasta and pizza, the venue itself with the design, you are feeling you just landed in Italy. The kitchen is open so you get to see the chefs behind, which is an extra addition to the experience. First impression lasts, and we already got impressed after a second we arrived 🙂 They have great variety of wine selection, also got amazing recommendation on what to chose. The food on the other hand, exceeded all our expectations! We had pizza (is a must to try if you're here) and mushroom risotto (must must try). The Quatro Stagioni pizza was just heaven, everything in a good bite was balanced! You know when a pizza is good you don't even leave the crust behind 🙂 You just have to look at the photos and will understand. The only problem we had, that we couldn't decide if we liked the pizza or the risotto better. It is really tough to make the risotto just perfectly al dente as it has to be, but they nailed it to 100%! The flavors were amazing, if you like mushroom you cannot miss it! That risotto will haunt me in my dreams 😃 For dessert we had the nutella calzone with gelato, the perfect finish of a meal like that. 👑 I have to mention on the service, as it was superb and attentive, and they were genuinely helpful and kind. It was top notch, really 10/10! It would be a sin not to try this place if you're a fan of Italian food! Careful, once you try you'll want to return back again! 🙂

Yesterday I was really craving a good pasta. So my friend send me this address. Whats better than Italian pasta 🙃 in greece. With the right beer ( yeah I know, I did not want wine ) Instead I got this nice beer with a fruity taste. It’s not to fruity still taste like beer. What did we order? I ordered a pasta with bacon in it. It’s my new favorite pasta its called Carbonara ..... (derest of th name I forgot). My friend ordered a chicken pasta. This time we took desert, yes we could, because the portions weren’t to big ( just the right size). So desert was to good I got the tiramisu ( i would have liked a lit more alcohol in it, but then again maybe it should be like that) point is alcohol or no alcohol it was delicious. The waitress was very nice she suggested the beer for me. It’s like she knew what I wanted. My friend also liked her pasta and her chocolate soufflé. The interior was nice of the restaurant. What didn’t we like. When you come into the restaurant they open a bottle of water an pour it into your glasses. They charged us for that. I have been eating in restaurants less fancier than this restaurant always gotten bottled water, they never charged us for it. Will we go back? Yes we will. Ένα εξαιρετικό συνοικιακό εστιατόριο το οποίο εχει γινει το στέκι μας εδώ και καιρό. Ενας μικρός, προσεγμένα διακοσμημένος χώρος, με χαλαρή jazz ή Ιταλική μουσική που δεν ενοχλεί καθόλου καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια της παρουσίας μας εκει. Το service φιλικό, διακριτικό και πάντα έτοιμο να προτείνει κατι γευστικό απο το διαλεχτό menu. Ο,τι και να εχουμε δοκιμάσει μέχρι τώρα ήταν καλομαγειρεμένο, με πολυ όμορφη παρουσίαση και πάντα γρήγορα στο τραπέζι μας. Όσο για την πίτσα τους, αν και δεν ειμαι λάτρης αυτου του εδέσματος, μπορω να πω με σιγουριά πως η ποιότητα και ο τρόπος παρασκευής της στο Lucky Luciano είναι πράγματι οπως πρεπει να φτιαχνετε μια σωστη πίτσα. Οι δε τιμές μεγαλο δέλεαρ. Είναι πολύ λογικές σε σχέση με την ποιότητα που προσφέρεται. Όντας λάτρεις της Ιταλικής κουζίνας, εχουμε επισκεφθεί αρκετά εστιατόρια στην Αθηνα, όμως αυτό μπορεί υπερήφανα να συναγωνιστεί σε ποιότητα φαγητου, service και τιμών με μεγάλα ονοματα της πολης μας. Εχοντας, λοιπον, μια τόσο θετική εμπειρία, ειλικρινά, παραξενεύτηκα βλέποντας μερικες πολυ αρνητικές κριτικές εδω που μόνο αντικειμενικές δεν ειναι. Καταλαβαίνω οτι ο καθένας εχει τη δική του γνώμη, ωστόσο δίνουν μια παραποιημένη εικόνα. Εγω, οπως και τόσοι γνωστοί μου που εχουμε επισκεφθεί το Lucky Luciano, θα συνεχίσουμε να είμαστε θαμώνες και σας παροτρύνουμε να πάτε κι εσείς ωστε να κρίνετε μόνοι σας....
