Traditional Tavern Μύκονος Friano.jmk — Restaurant in Municipality of Mykonos

Came here twice whilst in Mykonos. Very very good Greek salad and very attentive staff. The fresh balls of the day were excellent, the best we tasted on the whole 21 day inter island holiday. Lovely free home made tsipouri for us and ice cream for the little one. It’s a good, straight forward traditional taverna which is as much for the tourists as it is for the locals. Well worth a stop off here if you are going between beaches. It’s behind the supermarket and has ample inside and outside seating.

The owners speak good English and everything is well priced.

We were so impressed with the food that we decided to come back to this place two more times. In total, we ate here 3 times and the food quality was constant. The food is superb, excellent quality and taste. We would highly recommend you visit this place. Average cost for us was between 40 and 50 euros. We were a family of 3. The location is surrounded by olive trees and you get a nice summer breeze. If you are in Mykonos, grab a taxi and get to this place. Excellent location and excellent food you guys! We've been visiting Mykonos for five years in a row now and I must say we're really overwhelmed by the quality of the food my husband and I, the politeness of the people working and the way it's feels so traditional and warm! We've enjoyed the local food, the local ouzo and tsipouro and I highly recommend it for those who have kids, due to the quality of the local products since I trust the Greek ingredients as nothing!
