Having stayed at the hotel previously we were delighted to see on our return this year that the dining facilities had been upgraded. With the breakfasts being to an exceptional standard we decided to eat in the dining room one night and our only mistake was not having tried it sooner. We have now just had a second night dining and not only are the staff attentive and knowledgeable but the flavours in every dish we have eaten are superb. With generous portions and quality produce that is hard to beat I would have absolutely no hesitation in telling anyone staying in the area to search out this new hidden gem. My husband and I visited the restaurant last week while we were staying in Mykonos for our holiday. All the food we had was excellent and the service was impeccable. The owner walked around the table to say hi and give a little toss which was really nice and at the end of the night the head chef came around to give us a little stroy behind food we had. All the staff was super attentive and made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. Tacos were amazing, the ceviche was FREESH and generous portion to share and my Carobonara mascaroni was so delicious! 1st night at our hotel we came here for dinner as we thought it would be easy and we were tired from travel. The service here is spectacular and unlike any service we have experienced ANYWHERE! Our server, Stereos went over every detail of the food, was so attentive and really made us feel at home. Then the food - this is some of the best flavors we have ever had - what a gem this place is. We made sure to come back on our 2nd night, all different choices, and equally impressed. Fantastic service by all staff, amazing chef - owner dropped by both evenings to ensure everything was good and chef came out both nights to introduce.
