I’ve spent a good chunk of my adult life chasing memorable meals around Greece, and Erodios is the place I find myself comparing everything else to. If it isn’t the best restaurant I’ve tried, it’s firmly on the podium.
The first thing that hits you is the welcome. The team here doesn’t just seat you; they seem genuinely happy you turned up. On my second visit the waiter remembered my name—and, embarrassingly, my fondness for the house rosé. That combination of warmth and quiet professionalism sets the tone for the evening.
Food-wise, Erodios walks the tightrope between rustic comfort and a chef’s attention to detail. Their potatoes deserve their own fan club: crispy edges, a whisper of oregano, and that glorious olive-oil depth you only get when someone is paying attention every second they’re in the pan. Then there’s the bouyourdi—bubbling feta, ripe tomatoes, and just enough chili to make the cheese sit up straight. It arrives in a small clay dish that stays hot while you raid it with bread; I could happily order two and call it dinner.
The rest of the menu keeps pace: seafood that tastes as though it jumped off the boat that afternoon, bright salads, and a dessert list dangerous to anyone with even moderate willpower. Portions are generous without tipping into “Thanksgiving coma,” and prices feel fair for the quality.
If I had to nitpick, the music playlist can drift into pop territory after nine, but it’s a minor quirk—more charming than distracting. In every way that matters—flavor, service, atmosphere—Erodios nails it. Book a table, bring an appetite, and don’t skip the potatoes or...

Read morenot the best, not the worst. I am surprised that most places in Naa modania have one thing head and one thing miss. so we ordered the shrimp salad which was lettuce and tomato salad with heavy dressing and few warm shrimps which was nice that they were warm and not just pre-cooked and refrigerated. then we had the steamed mussels which were in a really nice wine, olive oil, lemon, garlic broth. however, the muscles were a little bit undercooked. however, the broth was amazing. I have the seafood risotto which to my surprise was mainly shrimp and mussels. no other seafood was there. there were small chunks of squid but you could tell it was from a frozen package. the risotto was kind of okay My friend had the grilled fish which the waiter said they can pick a smaller fish. not one kilo fish so it was good. he said I'm not a big fan of fish so I cannot recommend any fish. The service is okay for Greece. they were very nice to us coming to the table asking if everything is okay if we...
