Having already visited a number of times the aforementioned bar, my recent experience left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. As an avid customer, I had expected better service and attentiveness from the staff. However, my hopes were shattered as we encountered one disappointment after another.

Upon arrival, we were met by a waitress whose demeanor was both rude and sharp. It became apparent that our requests and preferences were of little concern to her, as she carelessly took our order for a shisha with a tropical flavor but served us something entirely different, and not to our liking. To our surprise, despite choosing the expensive shisha (35€), the staff refused to accommodate our request for a replacement, leaving us stuck with an unpleasant experience.

Furthermore, the person responsible for managing the shisha failed to pay any heed to our calls (3 in total) for charcoal changes. This lack of attention to detail resulted in a subpar shisha session that dampened our enjoyment.

Adding to the disappointment, the chips served to us appeared to be days-old, lacking the crispness and taste one would expect. Moreover, they were also served later compared to the time our drinks arrived. It was evident that no effort was made to serve fresh and appetizing food.

To make matters worse, when we asked for a cold bottle of water to quench our thirst, the waitress brought a bottle that was anything but cold. Our polite request for a replacement was met with complete disregard, as she simply chose to ignore us, leaving us feeling ignored.

As a group of eight people, we collectively spent over 150 euros at the bar, expecting a pleasant and enjoyable evening. However, the staff's constant negligence and disregard for our requests left us with a bitter taste in our mouths. Such unprofessional behavior and a lack of consideration for customers' satisfaction are far from the best practices one would expect from a reputable bar.

This was my fourth visit to this establishment with my friends, expecting to receive the same excellent service and quality that I had experienced on previous occasions. However, this time, both my group and I were thoroughly disappointed.

Upon arriving at the establishment around 8:40 PM, we informed the staff that our party had grown to 8 people instead of the initially expected 6. They seated us at a lovely table, ensuring there was enough space for everyone. As the rest of our group arrived, we were informed by the waitress, with a rather unpleasant attitude, that if not everyone ordered food, we would be relocated to a smaller table.

Upon moving to the new table, we ordered our drinks and also requested to enjoy a Shisha. Specifically, we asked for the 'tropical' flavor, priced at 35 euros. However, what we received was far from tropical. We requested the staff to make the necessary adjustment and provide the correct tropical flavor, but unfortunately, they refused. Consequently, we were left with a subpar Shisha experience, leaving us quite dissatisfied.

Adding to the disappointment, when we asked for a change of charcoal for our Shisha, both the waiter and waitress completely ignored us, forcing us to repeat the request three times. This was unacceptable, especially considering the 15-minute delayed request.

Finally, we asked for a bottle of water, and they brought us warm water initially, leading us to ask the waitress again to bring us a cold one.

All these issues combined have led me and my group to decide that we will not be returning to this establishment in the future. The overall experience was disappointing and fell far short of our expectations. To sum up the aforementioned bar will be firmly removed from our list of preferred establishments...

A beautiful renovated Neo classical house in Moroccan style... Staff very pleasant . Except the guy at the entrance. Food is expensive for what you get.
