Recently we had the pleasure of visiting Palia Fava, a restaurant that exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by friendly and attentive staff, setting the tone for an enjoyable evening. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, and the service was excellent. Low quality food with microwave in their kitchen. Went Wednesday night. None of charcoal cooked items were available because the cook was off???? The meatballs were overcooked and you can taste the dry mint inside, not sure how they are serving dry mint in Greece were fresh mint is widely available. The fava was watery and had no taste. I thought the fava I had in İzmir was bad but this one was like a soup. The bread served wasn't fresh, on the positive their french fries were freshly cut and fried to perfection. It is the second time I am visiting this restaurant with a quite big year gap (almost seven years). My impression is that it got better, having in mind that the day of the latest visit was on a bank holiday.
