If you're looking for the ultimate pizza experience, Coupepe is the place to go! From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the cozy, modern ambiance and the friendly, welcoming staff who made the visit feel special. The pizza at Coupepe is truly a masterpiece. I ordered their signature "Coupepe Special" and a classic Pepperoni, and both were absolutely delightful. The crust was perfectly baked—crispy on the outside, soft and airy on the inside. The sauce was rich and flavorful, clearly made with high-quality ingredients, and the cheese melted to perfection. Each topping, from the fresh basil to the premium meats, was bursting with flavor. I also had a chance to try their garlic bread and a refreshing mixed green salad, which were the perfect starters. The balance of flavors and attention to detail in every dish was evident. Coupepe offers great value for the quality and portion sizes they provide. Whether you're dining in or taking out, it's an experience worth repeating. I visited the place on July 12th 2020 for the first time, a party of two. We ordered a "pougki chorizo" and a "Gourmet Breasola" pizza. For the pougki I was expecting something else in terms of presentation and maybe something with fyllo pastry and not pizza dough. What we got was something that resembled more like "striftari" with a lot of cheese and too oily for my taste- please see attached picture. It was not bad but not something to order on a hot summer night. Then, the pizza. I believe the flavour combinations worked really well and the dough was crispy. My issue is that the whole pizza was too dry. I would certainly need more tomato sauce which was only weirdly placed at the outside rim of the pizza. Έχοντας εργαστεί στο χώρο της εστίασης και συγκεκριμένα σε ιταλικά εστιατόρια, μπορώ να πω με σιγουριά ότι τα υλικά και οι τεχνικές δεν παραπέμπουν σε ιταλικό εστιατόριο.Παρ'ολα αυτά εχει ωραίους συνδυασμούς στους κωδικούς του μενού.

Όσον αφορά την εξυπηρέτηση, μπαίνουν 2 αστέρια μονάχα για το σέρβις που είναι ευγενέστατο καθώς και για το μπάρ.

Εάν υπήρχε άλλο ένα section για την υποδοχή θα έβαζα 0/5. Ο κύριος που είναι υπεύθυνος για τα τραπέζια είναι αγενέστατος, μη εξυπηρετικός και όπως συμφωνούν όλες οι κριτικες που έχω διαβάσει μάλλον θα πρέπει να αλλάξει επάγγελμα ή να εκπαιδευτεί. Αναφέρομαι στη υποδοχή, που αντί να απαντάει στον πελάτη "τι θες ρε φίλε" θα μπορούσε να εξηγήσει ότι υπάρχει άλλη παρέα που περιμένει και να συνεννοηθεί με την σερβιτόρα η οποία μας είπε ότι θα μας μεταφέρει η ίδια μόλις αδειασει το τραπέζι. Επίσης θα μπορούσε να περιορίσει τις χειρονομίες για τον εαυτό του. Δεν είναι το μόνο περιστατικό μιας κι ενώ βλέπει παρέες ορθιες να περιμένουν εξυπηρέτηση δεν φροντίζει να ενημερώσει για την διαθεσιμότητα ή την υπάρχουσα αναμονή. Ειναι πραγματικά κρίμα μιας και μου σύστησαν το μαγαζί άνθρωποι που πηγαίνουν χρόνια ωστόσο δεν είχαν δεχτεί παρομοια συμπεριφορα ίσως ο εν λόγω κύριος να μην ήταν εκεί. Δυστυχώς μια κακή εξυπηρέτηση δεν σώζει ένα καλο πιάτο και η όλη εμπειρία στο μαγαζί υποβαθμίζεται. Θα ήθελα κάποια στιγμή να δω/ενημερωθω για τις κινήσεις του μαγαζιού προς την λύση του συγκεκριμένου θέματος μιας κι απ ότι βλέπω στις αξιολογησεις το θέμα της εξυπηρέτησης/υποδοχής ανακύπτει...
