DADAS — Restaurant in Municipality of Penteli

Let's start from the location situated on a nice square in the North of Athens at Penteli, so quite far. We hoped it's worth the 45 minutes ride from the center. The restaurant is nice with a, smashing, glass roof and a very decent bar. You can order a, small batch, gin and premium tonic or just ask the bartender to mix you a cocktail. The food is very good, stylish presented is mainly premium beef in burger or steak form but has also some pastas and risotti. BTW, The starters are delicious... Try the "Snichel".... It's a Schnitzel, as good as you would get it in Austria and is misspelled on the menu. LOL The sweet are also fine, the wine list consists some of the best Greek wines. This is a cosy little eating place positioned right next to a spacious park giving it a nice open airy feeling. It has a curious mix of high and normal height tables and the decoration is very very thoughtful and detailed. Table waiting is professional, polite and pleasant. The food served is ground breaking, with a really tasteful mix of ingredients and high culinary technique. While main dish portions were fair, I would personally like a little more generous salad and slightly lower overall pricing (expect to pay close to high 20s to low 30s per person, drinks not accounted for). Pity, they have gut to respond to customer like this when they ask 12 € for a cocktail and bring a bad quality orange juice instead.

Last time I know mixology is a serious job and without shame they are saying nothing required to prepare. If I wanted orange juice u would order it initially. Lucky we left the place early. Why should I give a chance to try their food anyway after this response.
