A group of 4 visited this place last Sunday and we had the worst experience ever. We bought lunch and some salads and decided to dine in. Not finishing with our salads, we decided to take them away with us in the container they were bought into. We headed to the sweet department and bought some products from there as well. As we were leaving the store, a not-so-kind and super arrogant lady stopped us. She asked for the receipt of our unfinished salads and we informed her that we had thrown that away along with the rest of the lunch containers, right after we dined. For 10 long minutes she was accusing us for stealing the half-eaten salads in front of the whole store and that we were obliged to retain the receipt. By paying by card, we had a digital receipt of the transaction but still, she was not convinced. She was only convinced when the cashier came to verify that we had paid for our salads. FYI, I later contacted the Greek consumer center and they informed me that there is not such thing as a mandatory preservation of the receipt. Very disappointed with tha whole incident and the fact that the company does not care about these type of problems. Apparently they do not care about treating their clients with respect. I will wait for a respond from the company to talk about the incidence even though I think they will...
