I have opinion only for the delivery. Really bad. I placed the order and they informed me that they will arrive about 45 mins. They called me after 60 mins and they told me my order will be in my place at 15 mins more. I agreed. I called them 30 mins after that and i demanded my order to be in 5 mins at my place. They told me to cancel the order. Bad communication, I dont even feel sorry for the 1 star. I hope to improve your delivery cause this is they way you lose customers and you get bad reviews. It's 2024 and there are still bars in peristeri that serve alcohol to clients without sth complimentary on the side like chips, peanuts or pop corn. I understand that this is probably a "greek thing" but it cost nothing to add a bowl of chips next to a beer. At the end of the day most people will end up drinking more just because there is also sth to eat. A bowl of chips, some peanuts or even a pop corn bowl cost zero when compared to the profit made from two or three drinks per person. It's just common sense and good...
