Grill house o Vourliotis — Restaurant in Municipality of Pylos and Nestor

Worst experience in a restaurant ever. Understaffed with inexperienced people. Had to beg for the bread and salad to get to the table and after over one and a half hours of waiting we still didn't get the order of four stakes and a plate of kalamari to our table while there were only three others occupied.. The excuse was they didn't manage to maintain the fire in the grill... What kind of professional grill house operator can't operate a grill? Instead of apologies we faced a rude and offensive behavior so we left without eating and got souvlaki from a nearby...

Lovely meal: fresh, tasty, and beautiful setting. The garlic dip was amazing and the meat cooked perfectly. The prices are also incredibly reasonable. I did the usual thing and looked at google reviews and they do not do this place justice. I can imagine when busy it would be hard to keep up with orders, but it was quieter when we went and our host was very friendly and helpful. He even brought me some sun dried chilli his mother had made when I wanted a little...

Σίγουρα δεν μπορούμε να βαθμολόγησουμε το φαγητό, γιατί δεν φάγαμε ποτέ. Πήγαμε παρέα 12 ατόμων και παραγγείλαμε μπριζόλες, ψαρονέφρια και καλαμαράκια, τα οποία μετά από 1,5 ώρα δεν είχαν ετοιμαστεί και φύγαμε... Πως η φωτιά έπεσε, μας είπε ο ψήστης, πως τα καλαμαράκια είναι κυρίως πιάτο και θα έρθουν με τα υπόλοιπα, μας είπε η μαγείρισσα ( η οποία έφερνε το λάδι για να τηγανίσει τα καλαμαράκια την ώρα σχεδόν που φεύγαμε) και ο σερβιτόρος ότι θα τρώγαμε με την σειρά μας. Τα εξι παιδάκια που είχαμε μαζί, βέβαια είχαν πεθάνει από την πείνα και είχαν νησταξει... Είχε έρθει το ψωμί (ακριβώς μια φέτα στον καθένα), η σαλάτα και τα 2 σαγανάκια στο μισάωρο. Όταν μετά από 1,5 ώρα εκνευριστηκαμε, τσαντιστηκαν κιόλας αντί να απολογηθούν... πληρώσαμε βέβαια ότι είχαμε πάρει και φύγαμε... και ούτε πολύ κόσμο είχαν εκείνη την ώρα για να...
