Fays luxury apartments by the sea — Hotel in Municipality of Pylos and Nestor

We have just spent two glorious weeks in Faye’s accommodation.

Before reviewing the studio, can I just advise you that we booked an apartment “with separate bedroom”. This is in fact a studio. At the time of booking, I spoke to Faye to confirm it was definitely an apartment, and she confirmed it was. When we booked, it also stated : microwave and dishwasher. This is not the case. So if it is essential to you, to have a one bedroom apartment with these facilities. This is not the place for you.

Saying that, as a studio, it is magnificent. It’s first floor in a small block, with a narrow wrap round balcony, perfect for your morning tea. It is super peaceful and one minute across the tiny road is the beautiful beach.

Faye curates her studios with huge style. . And everything is pristine. The king size bed is incredibly comfortable, as are her linens and pillows. The kitchen area has a full size hob and oven, should you wish to cook (we do didn’t!). The WiFi is excellent and the air con amongst the best I have ever encountered. Powerful but very quiet. The bathroom has a huge shower and constant hot water. Storage is plentiful.

Bedding changed weekly, clean towels twice a week.

There is no safe in the studio, however the door is a triple locked, high security door and the shutters are metal.Saying that the resort is sleepy and feels safe.

Faye and her lovely mum live locally and are beyond helpful. My wife had a migraine one day, and her mum arrived within moments with medication.

Under the studios is Faye’s shop, which is without doubt the most beautiful shop in the village. Perfect for treating yourself.

Very comfortable, well equipped, stylish studio apartment in a great area, just 1 min walk to the gorgeous beach, restaurants, shops. Spotlessly clean. Side sea view from balcony. Fantastic, friendly, welcoming apartments in an ideal location near the seafront. The charming host and staff exceeded all of our expectations! The bed was so comfortable, room was comfortable and clean, shower was really hot, and the view of our lovely balcony was magnificent. Last but not least I can’t believe how cheap it was!
