Both the squid and the beef were excellent and flavourful. The Greek salad had a large slice of feta instead of tiny cubes, which was a fine, but interesting take on the dish. The only issue with all the food was that it was a tad overpriced (hence the 4 stars), with the Greek salad at €8.50, the squid at €16.50, and the beef stifado at €11.50 or so. We were also charged €2 for one bottle of water (most places only charge €1), and we were still charged €2 for the bread even after sending it back (because the owner said he didn’t know, but then said it was for service). Read moreWe tried a couple of other restaurants but we found the food and service here to be excellent so we ate here seven nights out of nine. My wife is half Greek so we look for authentic traditional food and we found it here. Takis and all staff we interacted with were excellent. My daughter in law lost a bracelet one evening but we weren’t sure where so next night we asked on the off chance and they told us they’d found it under the table where we had been sitting and it was returned safely.
