MOURAGIO 1983 From Ilia — Restaurant in Municipality of Pyrgos

While walking along the boardwalk, we passed by many restaurants and shops, but this one caught our eye. The food that people were eating looked amazing, and the large menu posted out front drew us in for a closer look.

The server greeted us right away and gave us a great table that felt a bit more tucked away from the crowd, which we appreciated. He made some drink suggestions and we placed our order. The food arrived quickly and everything was absolutely delicious. My husband said it was the best chicken gyro he has ever had.

It did take a little while for our server to return afterward, but when he did, he was so friendly and chatty. We were excited to tell him how much we enjoyed our meal.

Happened to stumble across this place well shopping and checking out the port on our Cruise. Well I'm glad we did!!! the food was awesome and delicious. this place had served us the best meal during the cruise. It was hard to stop comparing ours to this food!!! First the service was great, the old lady that was seating everyone was awesome. There was even a point were she sat down with some customers and chatted up a bit. When the food came out it was better then it looked. Delicious and flavored perfectly. I could have ate there all week and still would have went back for seconds. But unfortunately I had a boat to catch lol!!! When in port you definitely need to stop and enjoy one delicious meal, relax and appreciate life and the wonders it has to offer. For the first time in a very long time I can finally say that Filia Mouragio has the whole package. Delicious food cooked to perfection , super warm, professional , personalised service, clean establishment and amazing atmosphere right by the port sea side.
