Overall This restaurant is truly outstanding. The best meal experienced anywhere on Rhodes, and the only place that immediately inspires a return visit 😊. Ambience and view Come for dinner and stay for the scenery. The panoramic view is breathtaking, and the tavern’s atmosphere blends relaxed island charm with genuine comfort 🌅. Soft lighting, a gentle evening breeze, and an easygoing tempo create the perfect setting for an unhurried and memorable night. Food and presentation After trying roughly half the menu across our visits, almost every dish was remarkably flavorful and impeccably prepared 😋. Portions are generous, ingredients feel fresh and honest, and the presentation is elegant without being fussy. Every plate celebrates its core flavors. From starters to mains and desserts, the cooking shows confidence, balance, and respect for tradition. Value Each dish is worth the price 💯. Quality produce, generous servings, and consistently great execution add up to real value. You leave feeling you have received more than a meal. You have had a complete dining experience. Service and languages Service is a highlight 🤝. Warm, attentive, and genuinely hospitable without hovering. The team is friendly and responsive, and they communicate clearly in English and Italian. This makes recommendations and special requests effortless. Why it stands out After visiting 10 to 15 places on the island, this is the one that captured the heart ✨. Authentic flavors, a serene setting, and the kind of service that makes guests feel at home. It is a place that turns dinner into a memory. Read moreWe had dinner tonight in this FAMILY owned taverna and the menu has a very nice variety of options "meze" for everyone. A really great way to try more traditional things. In addition to the very good food, we had a delightful service. The waitress-owners-chefs, Zoi and her husband Antonis made us feel like one of them, not just a tourist passing by. We truly felt so good here. They had just the right balance of friendliness and efficiency. Also Zoi's mother made sure that we had everything we needed. Most of the tables were with locals and the atmosphere was really Greek. The place itself is pleasant and cozy. Such a nice experience. We will be back definitely tomorrow! Highly recommend it to absolutely everyone visiting the island.

Read moreGood food and a gorgeous view, but the staff took some minutes to warm up to us. Gradually, they became very friendly and polite though.
They specialize in small plates, so you can share your food with others or order 2 or 3 dishes for yourself. Many of them are hits (like the Giant Beans with Sausages, Rhodian Falafels, Fried Pork with Vegetables, Fried Pork with Honey and the Souffle), while there are some misses like the Chicken a la Creme.
But, as a friendly advice, DO NOT order the extra spicy sausage. A friend did (despite the warnings of the kind waitress) and it was indeed incredibly and excruciatingly spicy. It was tasty but after 2 bites you literally couldn't feel anything anymore.
The view was very nice and the service was prompt, even if a bit cold in the beginning. I guess the reason was that we arrived just after they opened up. But after some minutes the staff became friendlier and attentive.
The prices are very reasonable, and you will find yourself spending very little money, especially if you're not a huge gourmand.
Definitely a must if...
