Roulas Restaurant — Restaurant in Municipality of Rhodes

It was our last night staying just outside Lardos and we were SO sorry to just stumbled across Roulas. We really, really wished we had found it earlier. It was the best meal we had in our 2 week stay. From start to finish it was perfect. Every single member of staff who served us was so, so nice. And the place was almost completely full on a Tuesday night. We ordered a litre of medium white wine but the waiter brought us a glass to try and we were so glad he did as it was a little sweet for our taste so he changed it to dry white for us.THANK YOU. As the kids were ordering the pizzas the lady server went to the kitchen to show us how big their pizza pans were as she said she didn't want us to order too much. We thought that was such a nice touch because plenty of other places would've happily given us three pizzas and charged us. We had such a lovely meal and the lady brought the kids a HUGE slice of mud pie to share- totally free of charge. And one of our boys even cleared the table all the way to the kitchen when one of the lovely young waiters gave him his apron!!!! And the other staff offered him a job when he's older! Our 3 kids voted it the very best night of the whole...

Apon arrival we received with a very warm and welcoming greeting. This family run restaurant runs like clockwork with each staff member on hand to help you in anyway possible. After we spent a few moments trying to decide what to have as all the dishes sounded so incredible. In the end we choose 3 mix dip with pitta then my wife had the Lamb Pitta Pie our son had kids cheese burger and I had Village style pasta. The 3 dip mixture was beautiful with delicious warm pitta and incredibly tasty dips. The mains were just mind blowing full of flavour,very generous portions sizes and everything was freshly prepared so took a few minutes longer but well worth the wait. If your staying in Pefkos take a short taxi ride for 10 euros each way into lardos to find a special little town to explore and you'll find Roulas just down the street from Yamas bar. Can't recommend this place highly enough. Thank you to the whole team for making our dinning experience very memorable in the best possible...

Really nice local tavern that is super busy even late September. For the 2 occasions we visited the tavern was full by 7:30pm with people being turned away. So booking is highly recommended. We booked online and it was really easy.

Even though they are busy, the are really efficient and you do not have to wait long for your food. There have quite a number of waiting staff and they are all super friendly.

The chicken wing starter is really nice. Their full rack of ribs is to die for. You actually get 1.5 rack. The village pasta is also a worthy mention for vegetarians. In fact all our meals were great.

The first night we visited, they offered us and other tables a free sharer desert. It was a rich chocolate cake with ice cream on top. Sadly it wasn’t being offered on our second visit.
