I had one of the most disappointing dining experiences of my life. From start to finish, the service was nothing short of a disaster. We waited over an hour just to have our order taken. After finally managing to get someone's attention, we had another hour-long wait for our food to be delivered.

The staff at this restaurant seemed completely indifferent to the customers. Waving them down for assistance was futile—they would simply nod "no" and walk past, without offering any help. Not once did anyone check on us or even acknowledge our presence unless we actively pursued them, and even then, we were met with neglect.

Some of the staff looked visibly overworked and exhausted, constantly rushing around, which gave the impression that the restaurant was severely understaffed. This is likely where many of the issues stem from. The poor management of the staff-to-customer ratio left both the servers and diners struggling through the night.

Despite repeatedly asking for basic things like drinks, the requests were forgotten or ignored multiple times. This level of negligence is simply unacceptable for any restaurant.

To add insult to injury, when the food finally arrived, it was underwhelming in both quality and quantity. The portions were so small that they were barely enough to satisfy an adult. After such a long wait, the least you would expect is a decent meal, but even that was too much to ask.

Never in my life have I experienced such blatant disregard from a restaurant staff. Ignoring customers and failing to deliver on basic service expectations is no way to run a business. I wouldn't...

Went to there based on high reviews, but the experience was disappointing. The menus were so badly translated that some of the item descriptions didn't make sense at all. The service was bad as well. They took our order and didn't care later. When asked for the check, had to wait 20 minutes, then started walking out. The food was pretty bad as well. The Fava beans with "capers" came as a mashed paste (not explained on the menu), with only 6 pieces of capers. The small fried fish was undercooked and not edible. The stuffed squid was stuffed with rice and milk, instead of cheese. Everything was very bland and lacking flavor. We went there after seeing the high rating and so many reviews. Nice view and awful food. Bad service too. The waiter came and rushed us, took the food order and snatched the menu off the table before having the chance to see the drinks they have. He didn't even ask what we want to drink, I had to stop him and tell him that I also want a drink. Shrimps saganaki was mediocre and one of the worst I've had. The lamb chops were overcooked and served with a spoon of mashed potatoes and 2 spoons of rice with veggies (this rice wasn't even canteen worthy bleah).
