Le Mantri Beach Bar — Restaurant in Municipality of Sithonia

Firstly I must point out the service with a smile in a hard warm day. Thanks for that guys . Secondly, food was good for a beach bar, I was reading the reviews and some are bad about the chicken souvlaki, its not the truth, my kids liked it . Was nice and tender . Drinks were fine as well.

Now I don’t understand my Greek brothers for complaining about the minimum service charge and prices. If you come there for the whole day , you and family , 30€ is basically a couple of drinks. Its not cheap to run a club only in the summer and pay due to tax office the rest od the year. Its clean and the staff does a good job . So stop complaining and enjoy a day at a nice club or sit next to it for free. The choice is yours. I know we will come back!...

Giving it 2 stars only because the service was good and the beach itself is not bad. Outside of that- extremely pricey, 50 euro consumption required for 2 sunbeds. Even with eating and drinking cocktails we couldn’t reach the requirement. So you end up with paying a lot for dirty sunbed with stains on it. There is also only one of those eco toilets, which is not very bad, but still way worse than a normal one and for me it looked totally inadequate considering they act like a high end bar with the amount they charge. The manager was very rude with the customers we want to take the beds which one cost around 50€ and we want to have shade to not get burned by the sun, we try to improvise some shade from the bed curtains, and he come to us and speaking only Greece and not English, he was very rude, he did come with a young employee who was the translator and even him was embarrassed by the actions of the manager, we didn’t bring any extra umbrellas to make some shade cause we didn’t knew we need something like this. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you want shade from the first hour when you’re going to the beach… I feel pity for the employees for having so narrow...
