My partner and I visited Nikiti early September and Perasma Taverna was a repeat restaurant.
Overall the food was great, the meat well seasoned and cooked, but it was nothing that blew our minds. The tarama salad was one of the best we tried and the greek salad was loaded. We tried several meats, including the pork panceta and the souvlaki, but the latter was the best one and the one we would recommend. Something we wished we ordered both times we ate here is the grilled green and red peppers with olive oil and vinegar. It's a very simple dish, but goes well with the meat dishes. It inspired us to try and recreate it at home at our next BBQ.
The service can be a bit sluggish at times as there were only two waiters and the head of house serving people and taking orders. But this not something we mind during our vacations.
Overall a nice place we recommend to try...
Read more😏Owner can't not eating 720gr is not our problem but mentioning is your problem. Your comment is ridiculous 🙂 also when ever you want I can order table for cats and dogs in your restaurant.
I wanted a beef steak. I specifically asked for the grammage. A huge plate like in the picture arrived. After the food arrived, I asked for the grammage again and they said our standard is about 500 grams. But they wrote 25 euros for 700 grams in the bill. How can a person eat 700 grams of meat? A person can eat 200, max 300 grams of meat at most. Without even trying, I shared it with the street dogs and cats wandering in restaurant . The taste was not bad, but this was the first time I came across such bad service in Greece. The waiters are really slow, even though there were 3 of us, they brought 2 plate. we asked water for 2 or 3 times , they brought it after that . At the end of the day, you can eat but there are not many options around.
Steak istedim.
Read moreOverall the experience was pretty average. We ordered fried zucchini with a garlic dip, but the dip turned out to be more of a basic tzatziki—unfortunately, it lacked any real garlic flavor and didn’t have dill, which made it taste very plain. The cucumber-to-yogurt ratio felt off, like eating mostly sour cream.
The souvlaki was okay, but nothing special. The meat wasn’t tender enough. It came with a strange yellow sauce on top, which didn’t really add anything and just felt unnecessary.
The Greek salad was actually good and fresh—probably the best part of the meal.
The zucchini chips were too oily for my taste and a bit too salty.
Overall, the food didn’t meet our expectations. It’s an average place—nothing terrible, but nothing I’d go out of my way to...
