First of all it’s a nice place to eat and the waitress and the cook were very friendly. Aubergine Imam was ok and the Dessert cake really tasty, I recommend it. Prices were also fine but here are the cons:

beans were very dry, missing the tomato sauce, salt, herbs, some taste octopus was much black grilled and to crossy bread was also grilled to black and crossy in parts (better less or not grilling it) Last Point and this is what upset me the most: the bill wasn‘t correct and I didnt see it directly. Some dishes were billed a bit higher than in the menu. I can‘t say if that was by purpose or just mistake but I recognized it on the way home. My mistake that I also gave 10% tip.

They need to fix the prices or you need to count everything together to be sure everything...

Rarely do I think it is fair to give a bad review as most businesses can have a bad night. We are very normal nice people. But when you are asked to pay at the end of the night without being given the bill, and that after the Pastitsio that you discreetly handed back because it was fridge cold in the middle, comes back to you as the same plate of food ( cut through the middle) heated up ( how I'm not sure) and then told it wasn't cold in the first place with the opposite of an apology " you will still have to pay for it" you know the disrespect to us as tourist was not worth arguing any further. No doubt this will all be disputed going by other negative reviews. Sad really as it should and could have been lovely. .. maybe you just need to be Greek...

Είχα ακούσει μέτριες κριτικές από ντόπιους γι αυτό το μαγαζί, είπα όμως να πάω να το δω και μόνος μου.Ειχε ρεμπέτικη βράδια Πέμπτη βράδυ οπότε ευκαιρία ήταν...ετσι σκεφτηκα να κάνω μ κράτηση μια μέρα πριν γι 2 άτομα (γιατι στη Συρο αν δε. Κανεις κρατησει δεν βρισκεις να φας ευκολα ).Φτάνω στο μαγαζί και είναι μάλλον ο υπεύθυνος με άλλον έναν πιτσιρικά. Το μαγαζί 80% γεμάτο με 4 τραπέζια κρατημένα. Μιλάω στον υπεύθυνο για την κράτηση και μου λέει 'περίμενε να έρθει το παιδί γιατί εγώ δεν γνωρίζω '. Έρχεται το παιδί μετα απο 10λεπτα αναμονής του λέω έχω κάνει κράτηση από χθες , με κοιτάει καλά καλά σαν να μην το θυμόταν καν ψαχνει λιγο και με βάζει στο τελευταίο τραπέζι δίπλα στην τουαλέτα. Του λέω με όμορφο τρόπο ότι πήρα χθες τηλέφωνο και έκανα κράτηση και εσύ με πετάς σ ένα τραπεζάκι μακριά απ όλους και δίπλα στην τουαλέτα?δλδ αν δεν εκανα κράτηση που θα μας έβαζε?μέσα στην τουαλέτα ? Του ζητησα να αλλαξει τραπεζι ,περιμεναμε 15 λεπτα δεν έκανε καμία κίνηση σαν να μην τους ένοιαζε καν ,ε Σηκωθηκαμε και φυγαμε .!! Αυτο ενα σοβαρο μαγαζι δεν το κανει,φάγαμε σε αρκετά μαγαζιά στη Σύρο αυτό είχε την χειρότερη συμπεριφορά Απαράδεκτο και αντί επαγγελματατικο !!! Από την άλλη για καλο έγινε γιατί πήγαμε κάτω στην παραλία και φάγαμε εξαιρετικά σε ένα...
