Cozy little restaurant and cafe at the "Plátanos" Square in Pyrgos. The marble tables at the terrace are all carved in different motives. Try the local traditional products plate (small or large) an excellent option for a degustation through pickled artichokes, dried tomatoes in olive oil, capers, several kind of cheese, louza, home made tomato and paprika marmelades, some fruit and a couple of varieties of bread... All yummy and with a superb presentation. For the drink, try Nissos beer (a local beer from Tinos) or the house wine by glass or little garrafe. Under the shadow of the big platano tree is a wonderful way to spend time. Absolutely...

5 stars is the absolute minimum for this place. Definitely the best coffee/bar/tavern/you name it whatever you want but you will find everything you need in this magnificent place. Great location in the most beautiful square of the most beautiful village of the entire island. The people are polite and kind and for sure they will make your day/night. As for the dishes, everything was tasty, from the homemade lemonade to the traditional products plate and the excellent lemon pie!! A must visit place that for sure is worth the half...

This cafe is positioned in a very central place in the most beautiful village of Tinos. The service was very kind. Although the atmosphere was very beautiful due to huge trees covering up the sun and giving us some shade, the tables and benches were a little bit narrow and inconvenient. The village sandwich was very tasteful and i highly recommend it, because it has all the greek spices...
