Great steak house. The staff is super professional, the food excellent and social distance is fully maintained for a safe dining experience. If you stay at the Westin this is the place with by far the best half board Menu. It is also the most relaxed place to dine, away from the crowds at the agora and with a great view. Don't be put off by the ridiculously high prices for the larger cuts or the exquisite wine list - there are plenty of options on a moderate price level. Alternatively book in for half board for a few days at your stay - the Flame's half board menu comes strongly recommended.

Beautiful setting and dinner and an intimate dinner/special occasion. The staff were attentive from the second you walked through the doors with an abundance of knowledge and recommendations of each dish. This was one of the best steaks I have ever had! We spent the rest of the evening watching the sunset over a bottle of red and it made our experience at the Westin hotel.

Au adus meniul pentru mancare doar dupa ce un sfert de ora s-au straduit sa ne vanda o sticla de vin de 2.000 euro. Eram infometati iar insistenta diplomata dar pushy a fost deranjanta. 2. Am fost pusa in situatia sa cer de 2 ori un expresso decaf. Dupa 20 de minute de cand il cerusem prima oara, uitasera complet de mine. La a 2a cerere, s-au grabit sa scape de task si nu am avut certitudinea ca si-au amintit sa fie decaf. 3. Am cerut pork iberic. Cateva luni pe an traiesc in acea zona si stiam cum trebuie sa fie. Am primit o bucata arsa, subtire, nesuculenta. 4. In ultimul sfert din seara, fumul de la gratar a fost unul patrunzator pe terasa. 5. Pentru un restaurant cu asemenea preturi, mesele sunt ingrozitor de inghesuite. Zgomotul de la copiii de la mesele din jur au transformat o cina in care sarbatoream o zi de nastere, in una din care nu stiam cum sa plecam mai repede.

Everything started with the best possible expectations since we were greeted with smile and a very positive attitude. We had pretty much decided what to eat but we chose to listen to our waiter and order the Porterhouse John Stone cut, in which the waiter insist to order given its aged time. We stated as bold as possible that we wanted the meat well done cooked. Additionally, reading everywhere that we need to try the onion soup, we decided to try that too, as a starter. The soup came and was simply horrible. It had a bad taste of meat which was indicating that something else had been cooked with it. We decided not to make any comment and wait for the big star of the night, the meat. We started eating the John Stone cut and around halfway, we realized that there were parts of the meat that were totally rare. The waiter saw our reactions on this unfortunate event and offered to take these pieces and handle them back to the kitchen. Pieces came back around 5 minutes later but you could tell that the chef was just placed them under strong fire since some parts were burned. To our disappointment, we were expecting much more from this restaurant, given its name and its price tags. Needless to say waiter’s attitude totally changed after this unfortunate event with the meat since we did not even got the appropriate attention after that.

Side comments, also contributing to the overall rating: Since restaurant has adopt an open kitchen policy where customers can see all personnel preparing their food, it would be nice (if not mandatory) for personnel to wear gloves. All of their staff were bare hand, totally unexpectable. We were never given a wine list alongside the menus. Only when we asked for, the waiter brought only one copy for two persons. Also, we were placed in a table near the edge which was very nice but unfortunately, the lights were simply inadequate. A lady in the next table was using her mobile phone’s flash light in...

The food was okay. I like being able to see what I'm eating, but the outside lighting was so poor we couldn't see our food. The food was plated on dark colored dishes. .. I wouldn't know what I was eating if I hadn't ordered it myself. My husband and I were all set to order dessert at the end of our meal, but the strong odor of cigar smoke wafted over in our direction and turned us both off from even wanting to order any dessert or sit there any longer than we had to. Upon leaving, the manager asked us how everything was... My husband told her how offended we were by the smell of cigars. She politely argued with my husband and insisted that it was that customer's right to smoke his cigar. She didn't get it. Ugh! We're not...

We visited the restaurant on May 5, 2024 which coincided with the Greek Orthodox Easter. First of all, we really appreciated the fact that the restaurant was up and running and able to offer excellent service on such a "difficult day".

We enjoyed some appetizers, an Irish porterhouse steak prepared exactly to our liking, assorted vegetables and sauce Béarnaise. Another detail worth noting was the extensive wine list with very good and distinguished options from the greek and international vineyard.

The atmosphere was pleasant and we were able to sit on the terrace enjoying the sunset across the Romanos area. The service personnel was attentive and overly friendly. We will definitely come...
