KANTINA Snack Bar — Restaurant in Municipality of Western Lesvos

I would like to highly recommend KANTINA for food and drinks. I highly recommend a morning coffee, you can choose from a large selection of hot and cold coffee and just sit, relax and look at the sea. If you fancy breakfast they do a vast number of different types from a fantastic English fry up to healthy options including protein breakfast. The lunch times are great for a sandwich all freshly prepered while you wait. I tried the chicken club and crunchy tuna ones and all superb and large portions. You must try the chicken dippers also ! These are not like English dippers, freshly prepared with a crispy and crunchy type of batter that is amazing with a choice of dip. Enough of food ! Very cute place. It has free WiFi access, great food and a variety of coffee and drinks from all over the world. The view is breathtaking and the prices are decent. The service is very fast and the personnel very friendly. It is a nice place for breakfast or for coffee with friends. They have different dishes from all over the world, so you can definitely taste something you will really like. They have a variety of beers and wines, as well. The colorful seats of this cafeteria create a very happy atmosphere! I wish it had better music, but still it is a great place to meet with friends! After drinking your coffee you can walk in the small village of Petra, visit the church and swim to the crystal clear Aegean Sea. Kantina is THE meeting place in Petra! It is open from 8am and closes late at night when the last customer leaves! The serving staff make a point of knowing your name and little details about you. Next time you go in they welcome you with your name which makes it feel a home from home on holiday! They remember your favourite order too! The food is fresh and cooked to order! If you go back on an evening they have a great cocktail menu. Kantina’s playlist is brilliant, I loved it everytime I was there in the evening!
