Paradise Restaurant — Restaurant in Municipality of Western Lesvos

We ate at Paradise several times for both lunch and dinner during our 12-day holiday, and each visit was just as special as the last.

The food was consistently delicious, with great quality at very fair prices. The tzatziki was by far the best we had anywhere on the island, and we really did try it almost everywhere. Every dish felt fresh and full of flavor, clearly made with care.

What made this place truly memorable was the staff. They were warm, welcoming, and always took the time to connect with us. From our very first visit, we felt completely at home.

One moment that stood out was on our last night, when the owner surprised our son with a vintage Olympiakos Piraeus shirt. It was such a thoughtful gesture and absolutely made his holiday.

Not a great experience, although edible, was not a gastronomical fantastic experience!! Just average for a just average price. See pic of the bill. Moussaka was cheaply made, but the beef dish was really nice, if very small. Nothing offered to accompany, not even bread!

Some in the area cheaper and some more expensive. Can't say I'll be back!

Wine is passable is you like vinegar, but hey how it's your taste buds! Stick to beer or the ouzo! 🤭😁

Too many dogs and cats, and they aren't on the menu, but forever around you looking for food... sigh 🙄!

Look, I’ve been in many Greek taverna’s over the years, and this one of the best. The kitchen is classic and exceptional at the same time, you’ll eat here as if you would be Greek and eat at your mother’s place.. If you have the luck that your mother’s a really good cook. Don’t have a particular plate to recommend, been here 4 times in a week and they were all very good. Add quick and good and genuinely friendly service to that - don’t be surprised if you see tourists at the end of their holidays hugging staff while they say goodbye - and you know you’re in one of those places.
