Tortuga Beach Bar Samos — Restaurant in Municipality of Western Samos

Don't get high your expectations poor and mediocre food service too! We order the dip plater twice and in the second they didn't have the pita bread The grilled veggies was pitty three color papers and little eggplant . Fries was overcooked , the ceviche looked like a cat vomit !! The octopus potato salad was a joke with five pieces of octopus and blunt taste. And finally the main course orzo pasta with shrimp was undercooked and the shrimps raw !! We told to the waiter about the raw shrimps he just look at us and turn the other side then he left!!...

Although the weather was very windy, the sea was very calm and clear. A slightly stony sea at the entrance but a sandy bottom as it gets deeper. Although the sea is very beautiful, the business remains a bit mediocre. The food was good, but there is a lack of service personnel, at the same time the music is a bit outdated. Since the beach is light sandy, many families with children prefer this place. It can be preferred for nice sea and average food. There is a Volleyball court for those who are interested. Quite a nice established beach bar. Umbrella and sunbeds are free if you order something from the bar. The prices are quite modest, almost like those in Northern Greece. The water is a bit cold but when the temperature is 33°C you'd appreciate it. The whole beach strip is a great to relax, but this beach bar has the right amount and level of music and ambience. Whoever compiled the playlist knew what they're doing - nice relaxing beach house without acoustic amateur remakes of pop songs or banging reggae....
