Joanna Restaurant & Pizza — Restaurant in Municipality of Western Samos

This is such a lovely place! I am not sure what is nicer: the food or the owners. They are such great people and make you feel right at home. We even got some great tips from them for places to visit, and they make time to have a chat with you if you want. It’s also really nice to see how much passion they have for their job. They are so proud of the truly amazing food they make, and it warms my heart. They are the kindest people I have ever met in a restaurant.

We went here during the end of summer last year, so there were not a lot of tourist on the island. Despite that, the restaurant was still full some nights. We actually wanted to try a few restaurants, but ended up going here almost the entire holiday because we loved it so much.

They apparently also have an appartement for rent, we will definitely check that out too...

I've had dinner at this amazing restaurant last week, several times actually as I've come to the conclusion that this is the best restaurant in town!! The owners are very friendly and always try to make the most out of the evening, also when sometimes the place is busy. It's a real family business which makes the place cozy. What was funny is that one of the waiters can actually speak Dutch! He is not the owner like I read in one of the other reviews, but he is a waiter helping friends out.
