We were greeted with a smile by the friendly staff on arrival. It was possible to sit anywhere on the terrace, with a great view, looking out over Parga from the village of Anthousa. We were each offered a shot of ouzo on the house before even having ordered. For starters we got the eggplant with greek yoghurt and garlic, which was absolutely delicious. Our main courses, lamb chops and chicken souvlaki were also great. Service was quick, maybe a little awkward. The entire team was fantastic, but a special mention goes to Vasilis, our waiter, whose professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail elevated our evening. The food was very average, the salad came with no dressing and when we asked, a small plastic bottle of malt vinegar and Olive oil was dumped on the table, which didn’t improve it much.
