Back to Back — Restaurant in Paros Municipality

My husband and I just happened to come across Back to Back while in Paros. We walked in looking for a seat at the bar, we were kindly greeted by a gentleman and asked if we would like a seat, we asked to sit at the bar (which is not a usual seating arrangement in Greece) and he moved things around for us to sit at the bar. The service was exceptional moving forwarded. The food was delicious (shrimp tacos and Cesar salad), the vibe was perfect and the drinks have been then best drinks we have had in Greece. A true mixologist!! We were on our honeymoon and Panos was so excited and happy for us. This was the first place after visiting 2 other islands and many restaurants, that took the time to make us feel so special. After sitting there for a few hours because the weather was less than desirable for Greece, we got to know him and his cousin and brother. They are great people who want to make people happy and enjoy life and time on the island. We enjoyed our visit at Back to Back and if you are visiting Paros...

We got married in Paros a couple weeks ago and this bar became a hub for ourselves and our guests to hang out at for cocktails during the wedding week. They have amazing drinks, plus generous and quick service! We very quickly got to know the friendly owners and had so much fun hanging out with them! We liked it so much we asked if they would be OK with us having our wedding after party there (mind you, this was like two days prior to the wedding, so we figured they'd shoot it down) but they very happily agreed and saved us tables and prepared for the influx of very happy wedding guests. It was a wonderful way to end the night. These guys really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and I am so happy to have spent so much time there in this recent trip....

Back to Back Paros is an absolute gem right by the beach. The vibe is effortlessly fun, whether you’re just grabbing a cocktail or settling in for a full meal, you’ll want to stay longer than you planned.

The menu has this unique fusion, taking influence from Greek cuisine and giving a subtle nod to Key West flavors, which I appreciated being from there myself. Every dish felt fresh, vibrant, and just the right amount of creative.

On top of that, the service was impeccable, attentive without being intrusive, love Kristina. You can tell they know what they’re doing and genuinely care that you have a good time.

If you’re in Paros, this is one of those must-visit spots. Great food, great drinks, beach views, and just a super fun atmosphere....
