Read moreLovely setting. Interesting menu which were the reasons that led us to dine there. It started off very nicely with a tomato fritter starter and a dip. It was sensational. Very good local wine also. They didn't clear our starter plates or anyone else's. The main course arrived so they had to clear them to enable them to put our mains down which isn't great. I ordered the Octupus which was unfortunately very disappointing as it was like chewing elastic bands. It was literally impossible to eat. I spoke to the waiter and he tried to talk me into ordering another dish but I really wanted the same but swap it for Sardines as the other elements of the dish were delightful. He eventually agreed. And it was really good although I ended up eating it alone as my partner had finished his meal which is not ideal. I asked the lady swanning around with an IPad how much longer my meal would take and she replied it's not McDonalds it will take as long as it takes. After my meal I went to talk to her. Francesca is possibly the rudest, patronising, aggressive, dismissive and impossible person to talk to. She completely talked over me did not listen. She could not care less. Told me she was the owner and that's the way they cook Octopus in Paros! I tried to reply by saying I have een visiting Paros for longer than she has been on this planet and I have never had such inedible Octupus but she just shouted over me. Completely pointless talking to her actually. Its a shame because the other staff are nice so is the food and...
