Mouragio — Restaurant in Paros Municipality

A great place to enjoy fresh fish and sea food. The restaurant is located literally on the sea by the harbour and the atmosphere is great. You can't get more than that island feeling.

We ordered a portion of Fresh Calamari, Prawn Kritharoto, Octopus with Fava and some more appetisers and meze which were all great. Wide variety of different food which will satisfy everyone.

The service was friendly and the staff were helpful wile taking our order. We were three friends, but the restaurant is also welcoming to families as well as couples.

Lastly, it is not very cheap, but I believe the dishes are reasonably priced and, of course, fresh fish and fresh seafood is always more expensive with more flavour. We ordered a lot of dishes and a bottle of wine, so we spent over €50.00 per person, but you can easily spend less and still eat well. We also ordered a bottle of local wine on €28.00. Rest of the wines are priced reasonably with the most expensive white wine on €45.00.

An absolutely fantastic fish restaurant! Easily the busiest spot in Aliki, which says it all.

We snagged a table on the jetty, offering a stunning view of the harbour and the town—a perfect setting.

The service was quick, efficient, and full of energy, with friendly waiters who were happy to engage. We started with a selection of appetizers: the tuna tartare was simply out of this world, while the taramasalata, tzatziki, and fried aubergine were all delicious—don’t miss the aubergine!

For mains, we shared three dishes between the four of us: prawn pasta, sea urchin pasta, and vegetable risotto. Every single one was excellent. The portions were so generous, we couldn’t finish everything, and the waiter even checked if something was wrong!

Very disappointing experience, especially for a special occasion.

We booked a table one week in advance. I originally asked to come on Wednesday, but the woman in charge of reservations told me there was a festival that day, and it would be too crowded — so she couldn’t guarantee a table. To avoid any issues, we decided to change our plans and come on Tuesday instead, just to make sure the table would be available.

After rearranging our schedule, we arrived on Tuesday only to find that no table was reserved for us. There were no apologies, no explanation and unprofessional.
