Staff at the pool and beach lovely and helpful. The beds and options are fabulous and a great day of relaxing. But then the as we left had the worst experience. As it was felt pressured and judged at the overpriced horrid boutique when I was looking in my first trip to the WC, but then after purchasing something on my third trip, I regretted it on my way out. Do NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THE ELLER BOUTIQUE! They overcharge and have another store which is cheaper. They are dishonest and untrustworthy and unprofessional! I had bought a towel for a HUGE premium 2 hours earlier, I showed my husband when we left the others and I asked if I could switch to a different colour, to one of her open samples that was on display. She refused and was sooo nasty! Telling me that I used it at the beach. She knew I purchased it less than two hours earlier and she had given me the hard sell the 3 times I walked past over the 5 hours so she knew that was a stretch. I told her that I hadn’t used it. Showed her my three beach towels and one huge Greek blanket and told her we hadn’t even gone to the beach, which was true. She accused me of lying!! I told her to ask the staff who could vouch for the €250 I spent at the pool without using her small overpriced towel. She was so rude. I explained that her sample was dirtier than my purchased one. She was not listening and nasty!!! She ruined my last impression of a wonderful day. Again, avoid the boutique...

I visited Punda Coast beach and restaurant, and I feel compelled to share my experience to inform others. Unfortunately, my visit was disappointing due to significant issues regarding menu availability. Many items I initially wished to order were unavailable, which left me feeling frustrated and confused. It was disconcerting to observe that other tables seemed to have access to a wider selection, raising questions about the restaurant's policies or even impartiality in treatment!

Additionally, my experience with the service was uncomfortable. The waiter requested payment without providing a receipt/invoice, which is concerning from a transparency standpoint. To add to this unease, I believe I was overcharged for my meal, totaling 66 euros for a pizza and a Greek salad; such pricing raises alarm about the establishment's value proposition, also he immediately put an option to add an extra service charge!

On a positive note, I would like to commend the beach attendant, who was notably polite and helpful. Unfortunately, this positive aspect was overshadowed by the issues I encountered with both the menu and billing practices. It is such a pity for a beautiful beach to have such customer service, I hope the management takes these concerns seriously to improve...

The waiters IGNORED our friend’s nut allergy after we found a used e-cigarette stick (terea) on our pizza.

We confronted multiple servers about the bud, each of whom just made a face and walked away. The pizza chef was then glaring at us AND SMOKING for the entirety of our meal.

We specifically told them we have a nut allergy, asking to remove the hazelnut praline from one of the desserts, which they acknowledged.

We were then served a calzone with Nutella, which we ate anyway assuming it’s plain chocolate. After realising it was Nutella we called the server over to confirm that there were no nuts. The waiter happily announced: “no nuts, just NUTELLA”. He then proceeded to argue that Nutella doesn’t contain hazelnuts or any other nuts. He also brought another waiter to back him up.

When settled, the waiter started giving us attitude about not wanting to pay for the nutty dessert and the cigarette pizza. He then proceeded to charge us for the more expensive pizza (which is the one that had the cigarette), as well as up charging us 10 euros per glass of orange juice, which was not specified on the menu!

The food is overpriced and the music is mid. If our friend has an allergic reaction we will be...

Unless you're playing life with monopoly money, this place is not worth a dime. Where do I begin. I frequent greece every year, and the only other island that comes close to the cost of sunbeds and an umbrella is Mykonos. We got there (June 24), and the cost is 70€ for the front row sunbeds and 60€ for everything behind it. How can you charge that kind of price for an umbrella? You are not Scorpios in Mykonos, nor are you anything close to it. I came to Paros in 2018 and 2016. 2018, same sunbeds were max 20€. What have you done to the sunbeds and umbrellas to justify triple the price? You didn't wrap them in gold. There's a reason why when I arrived that this place was practically empty. I thought to myself maybe because it's a Monday. No, it's the cost of the umbrellas, which I quickly realized after speaking to someone. It's very sad to see what's happened to Paros beaches that are serviced. Golden Beach is roughly 50€ - 40€ depending on the place. Pounta Beach club, however, is ridiculous. I wouldn't be surprised if this place is out of business soon charging these prices. 1 star, but if I could, I would choose -5 stars.

Punda Beach Club, Paros: A Disappointing Experience Punda Beach Club on Paros fell far short of expectations. Our visit was cut short after just an hour due to a combination of factors that made the experience unpleasant. The club's atmosphere was overwhelmingly geared towards a teenage crowd, which was not what we were looking for. The staff seemed inexperienced and unable to provide adequate service. The most shocking aspect was the exorbitant prices. Sunbeds, chairs, and even a simple seat at the bar came with price tags ranging from 50 to 100 euros. Additionally, a mandatory 20 euro per person charge was imposed simply for sitting down and ordering food. Overall, Punda Beach Club is not recommended for those seeking a relaxing or mature environment. The excessive pricing and subpar service make it a poor value for money. We would advise potential visitors to explore other options on the island that offer a better balance of atmosphere, service, and affordability.
