Ψαροταβέρνα Ιόνιο — Restaurant in Preveza Municipality

A truly authentic, local gem in the beautiful village of Kastrosykia. This restaurant has incredibly fresh produce, much of which they grow themselves, and truly captures the beauty of Greek cuisine - fresh, simple and delicious. No exaggeration - the best tomatoes I have ever eaten were here. It combines some restaurant staples with home style dishes that any Yiayia would be proud to serve. At first glance, it may not look too promising, but the food here was absolutely fantastic! The atmosphere is relaxed and genuinely Greek. The taverna is nicely shaded, there's plenty of parking, and you get a lovely sea view from the terrace. Service was friendly and left a great impression. We also appreciated the few cats and dogs hanging around — they added to the cozy, laid-back vibe, but kept their distance from the tables, just chilling in the nature. We'd definitely come back.

Πήγα στην ψαροταβέρνα επειδή διάβασα πολύ καλές κριτικές. Του το είπα του κυρίου Ανδρέα! Ούτε που γνώριζε για αυτό! Δεν ασχολείται με τις κριτικές ,κάνει αυτό που ξέρει πολύ καλά, να φτιάχνει πολύ νόστιμα φαγητά! Φρέσκο καλαμάρι ψητό τόσο νόστιμο που δεν προσθέσαμε καν λεμόνι, μόνο με το φρέσκο ελαιόλαδο που είχε το φάγαμε! Σαλάτα με δικά του λαχανικά! Σαρδέλα ψητή πολύ νόστιμη και σε μερίδα που τρώνε δύο άτομα! Τσίπουρο ντόπιο χύμα ,το δοκιμάσαμε στην αρχή και είδαμε πως ήταν πολύ ωραίο, το επιλέξαμε. Ένα ντόπιο τυρί πρόβειο που όμοιο του δύσκολα θα βρεις ! Ο χώρος απλός και λιτός, ΠΕΝΤΑΚΑΘΑΡΟΣ , και με ωραία λουλούδια γύρω γύρω. Ο κύριος Ανδρέας μας βοήθησε με πολλές πληροφορίες για την περιοχή, που να πάμε, τι να δούμε, τι ώρες είναι οι καλύτερες για κάθε σημείο. Θα πάμε ξανά! Να πάτε και εσείς, είναι κορυφαία επιλογή...
