Zorbas Tavern — Restaurant in Preveza Municipality

Because of the good location they get many customers. They also have a mini mart that they own next to it which is the only place in the area to buy stuff you need, its a bit expensive in the mini mart too. The food in Zorbas was okey but the service was bad and boring and we didnt even get a hello or thank you. Chairs and table was dirty and we got a unfresh feeling about the place, even trough we tried it twice because the high rating and good location (close to our Hotel) Prices were okey but...

An alternative food solution with a wide variety of stews, seafood and the hour, for those staying in the hotels of the surrounding area. Out of the ten people who visited it from the hotel we were staying at, the three of them told me that they would not eat again in this restaurant because it did not have a consistent quality of food. Personally, I ate a pork portion (I have fotographed it), but because it baked the pork in the same hearth as the one that bakes and the fish the pork...

The food was tasty. However, we didn’t appreciate being charged extra (€0.50 here and there) on every item on the bill, including bread with olive oil and bottled water we didn’t ask for. We paid the bill without making a fuss, but we want to warn others to check carefully. Similar overcharging happened in their nearby market too, which was enough for us to decide not to come back.
